- Where can I park?
Next to the station is the Q-park De Colonel public parking garage. Charges for a parking space are €14 per 24 hours and can be paid directly in the garage. It is possible to reserve a parking space via the Q-park website itself: www.qpark.nl
The address of the parking garage is Stationsplein 17.
- Is the hotel wheelchair friendly?
All floors in the hotel can be reached via the lift. Ask about the rooms with an adapted bathroom if you are less good at walking.
- Can I pay safely online?
You pay securely with credit card or IDEAL via our secure payment link when making your booking online.
- Why do I receive a payment request by email?
When you have made a reservation that requires advance payment, you will receive an email from us with a payment link. When the payment is made, your reservation is confirmed immediately! Click here for more information.
- Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?
We offer free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. So it doesn't matter if you are in your room, in our lobby or in our restaurant; you have a free connection everywhere.
- What are the check-in and check-out times at Designhotel Maastricht?
Check-in at Designhotel Maastricht is from 15:00, and check-out is until 12:00.
- Is it possible to check in earlier if I arrive before 15:00?
We do our utmost to ensure that your room is ready on time. If you arrive before 15:00 and we don’t yet have any rooms available, there is always the possibility to leave your luggage in the hotel until the room is ready.
- How do I get to the Vrijthof from the hotel?
When you walk out of the hotel, turn right and walk straight on to the Sint Servaasbrug. You cross this (just momentarily enjoy the beautiful view) and then you walk straight on till just before the large department store de Bijenkorf. Once again, turn right again and walk into Maastricht's largest shopping street. Following the bend, turn left and at the very end of this large shopping street is the Vrijthof.
- Can an extra bed be provided in my room?
An extra bed will not fit in all types of rooms. You should therefore always consult us before making a reservation. We will gladly have a look together with you at the best opportunity.
- As of what age can I book a room?
Eden Hotels has clear rules for making a reservation and minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking and stay at our hotels without a parent or guardian.
- Which measures is the hotel taking regarding COVID-19?
The health and well-being of our guests and colleagues is our main priority. Now and always. That's why we welcome guests in an appropriate manner and in accordance with all regulations of the Dutch government and RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment). To guarantee the safety in our hotels we have put together some “house rules”, making sure you will have a completely carefree and enjoyable stay. You can find them here.
- May I bring my pet along to the hotel?
Although we really like dogs, cats and rabbits, we like to be considerate to everyone. Unfortunately, your pet is not allowed to sleep in our hotel.
- Can I dine at the hotel?
We do have a private dining, and we are surrounded by restaurants with diverse cuisines. We will be pleased to share our dining tips with you.
- Can I change or cancel my reservation?
If you have booked directly through one of our websites, you can change or cancel your reservation here. To change or cancel your reservation you will be asked for the e-mail address with which the reservation was made and the reservation number. The reservation number can be found in the reservation confirmation that you received from us. For all other bookings you need to contact the travel agent.
- Can I book several rooms at once?
Of course you can. From 8 rooms or more belonging to one group, booked separately or through one group reservation, special group conditions always apply. Please contact the hotel's reservation department to agree on these, so that there are no surprises.
